We normally deliver orders between 10 to 15 working days. Express delivery is available in 2 working days subject to an additional charge.
How do I get measured?
You can visit our store or call us to arrange a visit to your home or office. Our representative will take all the necessary measurements.

We are open from 10am to 10pm, daily.
How can I place an order with Bait Al Kandora?
Bait Al Kandora is a complete shopping extravaganza and offers multiple sales channels. You may order online, visit us at our boutique in Souq Al Bahar or book for an appointment for your personal tailor to visit you at a place of your convenience.
How can I make a booking?
There are multiple ways which you can make a booking. Online, or you could simply call our toll free number 800 717171 and our customer service representatives can schedule the booking for you.
Which Emirates do you deliver to?
We deliver all our ready to wear products nation wide, however, our custom Kandora orders where a visiting tailor is required is currently only available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Do you take international orders?
Yes we take international orders. However, there are shipping charges depending on which country you are ordering from. Delivery within UAE is free.
Do you offer Kandora for kids?
Yes we make kandoras for kids and the procedure is the same, you could order online, visit our boutique or request for a visiting tailor to come to the place convenient to you.
Are the prices for kids' kandoras the same?
No, for kids below (height (45 inches)), our prices are, classic 175 AED. Gold 210 AED, Black Edition 315 AED.
How will I provide my measurements?
You may provide these online if you have them handy using our easy to follow guidelines or you may request for a visiting tailor to come to you in either case for new customers.
We insist for trial fitting first before proceeding with the complete order, so you have a worry free guarantee that your requirements are met.
Will my measurements be saved for future orders?
Your complete order history, style and measurements will be saved for any re-orders, you will be asked at the time of re-order if you require any adjustments. This provides you a unique ease to re-order without having to go through the entire procedure again and your re-order can be placed online with just a click.
How long does it take to get a Kandora made?
Our delivery timings are 7 days for a customs Kandora. Prior to that we recommend a trial fitting which can be done in 2 working days before proceeding with balance of order.
Is our prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices mentioned on the website exclusive of VAT.
