Return and Refund Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Bait Al Kandora products purchased directly through our store or website. We want you to be satisfied and proud of your purchase, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it within a 14 day period for exchange or a 7 day period for refund, of the purchase date.

Refunds will only be made in the event a manufacturing defect is found. Alternatively, if no manufacturing effect was found, refunds will be made in the form of a Bait Al Kandora gift card or credit voucher with grace period of 6 month from the day of purchase.

Please note, the product must be returned in the original condition it was sold, unaltered, damaged and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt.

Returned items that are damaged, misused or altered will not be accepted for refunds. Items returned without their original packaging or where the packaging isn't in sold condition may be charged a restocking fee.

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Items on sale or promotion.
• Items already exchanged previously.
• Underwear (Wezar, Boxer & Undershirt).

Please allow a period of up-to 2 weeks for verification of the returned item before issuing a refund or credit. Refunds will be strictly processed depending on the method in which the purchase was completed. There will be no exceptions:

Credit card/debit card purchases will have the refund processed by crediting the same card name used at time of purchase.

Please note that the refund time will vary according to the credit card issuing bank's policies and may take up-to fifteen days for it to appear on your statement.

1. A down payment of 50% is mandatory for all custom orders.
2. The shop is not responsible for any completed orders not collected within two months from the sale date on the invoice.
3. You are entitled for a 7 days grace period for free alterations after taking delivery of your kandora. Beyond this period, all alterations are chargeable.
4. We would be more than happy to deliver your completed products to your doorstep, should you not wish to pick them up, for free of charge inside the country, through Aramex.
